KILITECH USA HELPS FUNDS KILITECH TANZANIA. KILITECH TANZANIA BRINGS TECHNOLOGY, EDUCATION, AND HEALTHCARE TO RURAL TANZANIANS. WE FOCUS ON GENDER EQUALITY AND OFFER VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND STARTUP SUPPLIES TO ADULTS. THROUGH EDUCATION WE CREATE JOBS IN DECORATING, SEWING, COOKING, BEEKEEPING, HONEY DISTRIBUTION, AND WORKSHOPS. WE BUILD LEARNING CENTERS FOR ADULTS AND IMPROVE GOVERNMENT-RUN SCHOOLS FOR CHILDREN SO THAT WHOLE FAMILIES HAVE A SAFE AND MORE STABLE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. WE ACHIEVE THIS BY WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITH COMMUNITIES TO DEFINE AND ESTABLISH VOCATIONS THAT ARE APPLICABLE TO THEIR ENVIRONMENT, AND WE ARE DELIGHTED TO DECLARE THAT THIS METHOD IS PROVING TO ELIMINATE POVERTY IN RURAL IMPOVERISHED AREAS

GENERAL SUPPORT TO KILITECH TANZANIA FOR ONGOING AND FUTURE PROJECTS. KILITECH TANZANIA 2021 PROJECTS INCLUDE:MUUNGANO PRIMARY SCHOOL: THE SCHOOL IS LOCATED AT MLANGARINI WARD IN KISERIAN VILLAGE, ARUSHA REGION - TANZANIA. IT IS APPROXIMATELY FIVE (5) KM OFF ARUSHA BYPASS AT KISERIAN AREA. IT IS LOCATED BETWEEN LATITUDE: -3 28' 57" S AND LONGITUDE: 36 44' 12" E, COVERING A TOTAL AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 15 ACRES. THE SCHOOL WAS BUILT BY THE GOVERNMENT IN YEAR 1992 AND REGISTERED ON 15TH FEBRUARY 1992 TO SERVE THE CHILDREN OF THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. IN 2021, THE SCHOOL ENROLLED FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN (513) STUDENTS TRAINED BY ELEVEN (11) TEACHERS UNDER SUPERVISION OF HEAD TEACHER MR. PENDAELI SAMUEL. 2021 ACTIVITY INCLUDED BUILDING A NEW TOILET HOUSE FOR CHILDREN AT MUUNGANO PRIMARY SCHOOL WITH RUNNING WATER WHICH INCLUDED 7 TOILET STALLS AND A CHANGING ROOM FOR GIRLS STUDENTS, 5 TOILET STALLS WITH A URINAL AREA FOR BOYS STUDENTS, 2 HAND WASHING TROUGHS WITH 4 TAPS ON EACH, A WATER TANK TOWER WITH 5000LTRS WATER STORAGE TANK. MOREOVER, WE BUILD A NEW TOILET HOUSE FOR THE TEACHERS WITH RUNNING WATER WHICH INCLUDED TWO TOILET STALLS FOR BOTH FEMALE AND MALE TEACHERS AND AN ADDITIONAL ROOM FOR FEMALE TEACHERS TO BE USED AS A CHANGING ROOM, 2 HAND WASHING TROUGHS WITH ONE TAP ON EACH. TOTAL COST: 108,274,688 TSH = $46,429.97 USD.TANZANIA WOMEN GUIDE FOUNDATION STUDENTS ATTENDING MWEKA COLLEGE OF AFRICAN WILDLIFE: MWEKA COLLEGE OF AFRICAN WILDLIFE IS LOCATED AT EAST KIBOSHO WARD, MOSHI RURAL DISTRICT IN KILIMANJARO REGION, TANZANIA. IT IS 14KM AWAY FROM MOSHI TOWN AREA. THE PROJECT AIMS AT SUPPORTING WOMEN THROUGH CERTIFIED GUIDE TRAINING. THE TRAINING OFFERS TWO MONTHS OF LEARNING AND SKILLS BUILDING THROUGH FIELD PRACTICES. IT HAS INSTRUCTORS FROM THE COLLEGE PROVIDING GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF TOURISM, MOUNTAIN ECOLOGY, BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES IDENTIFICATION AND INTERPRETATION OF MOUNTAIN PHYSICAL RESOURCES SKILLS, TOUR GUIDING SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES, FIRST AID, EMERGENCY CARE AND WILDERNESS RESCUE TECHNIQUES. THE PROJECT SUPPORTED 5 WOMEN THROUGH CERTIFIED GUIDE TRAINING. THE TRAINING HAS GIVEN THEM A GREATER OPPORTUNITY IN ADVANCING THEIR CAREER AS MOUNTAIN GUIDES AS THEY ALL PASSED AND HAVE GUIDE TRAINING CERTIFICATION.
