COUNSELING AND CASE MANAGEMENT: PROVIDE A STARTING POINT FOR THOSE GOING THROUGH DIFFICULT LIFE SITUATIONS. THROUGH OUR COMPASS-CARE COORDINATION PROGRAM, WE OFFER CUSTOMIZED SERVICES THAT OFFER DIRECTION AND HOPE. THIS INCLUDES EMPLOYMENT & HOUSE CASE MANGEMENT FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED AND/OR HOMELESS TO IDENTIFY BARRIERS, SET GOALS, CONNECT WITH RESOURCES, AND WORK ON LIFE SKILLS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING FOR INVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND COUPLES.


COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND SUPPORT: WORK WITH THE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND RESOURCES TO THOSE IN NEED. THROUGH VARIOUS PROGRAMS, WE OFFER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES THAT PROMOTE INDIVIDUALS TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS WELL AS CONNECT WITH A POSTIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDE COMMUNITES 4 CHANGE, LIFE SKILLS WORKSHOPS, GROUPS, & ACTIVITES, AND WALK-IN SUPPORT & BASIC NEEDS SUPPLIES.
