OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE OR MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR BENEFITS UNDER THE ENERGY EMPLOYEES OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS COMPENSATION PROGRAM ACT ("EEOICPA"). SUCH ASSISTANCE INCLUDES HELPING INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THE INITIAL CLAIM FILING PROCESS AND, EDUCATING THEM ON EXACTLY WHAT BENEFITS THEY MAY BE ENTITLED TO UNDER THE EEOICPA. OUR REPRESENTATIVES ALSO CONDUCT EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS ACROSS THE COUNTRY DURING WHICH THEY DISCUSS THE EEOICPA GENERALLY, AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL SITUATIONS WITH THOSE WHO ASK FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE WITH THINGS LIKE THE FILING OF THEIR CLAIM OR THEIR EFFORT TO OBTAIN MORE BENEFITS UNDER THE EEOICPA.
