IS A NONPROFIT ENTITY ORGANIZED AND DEDICATED TO PROMOTING PUBLIC WELFARE IN THE STATE OF COLORADO BY SUPPORTING THE INAUGURAL ACTIVITES OF COLORADO'S GOVERNOR AND LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR AND PROMOTING MATTERS OF CIVIL AND HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE. COLORADO UP! IS DEDICATED TO PROMOTING GREATER PARTICIPATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS BY CONNECTING THE CITIZENRY WITH THEIR ELECTED LEADERS, INCREASING PUBLIC AWARENESS ABOUT THE KEY PRIORITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATION, AND GIVING CITIZENS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD.
