TEXAS YOUTH EDUCATION IN SHOOTING SPORTS EXISTS TO DEVELOP, GROW, AND SUPPORT OUTDOOR YOUTH SHOOTING EVENTS THROUGH HANDS ON EVENTS, SHOOTING SPORTS, WILDLIFE HABITAT AND CONSERVATION PROGRAMS AND INTRODUCES AND EDUCATES YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES ABOUT SAFE FIREARM HANDLING, SHOOTING SPORTS, AND OUTDOOR CONSERVATION ACTIVITIES.

TEXAS YOUTH EDUCATION IN SHOOTING SPORTS OFFERS PISTOL, SHOTGUN AND RIFLE TRAINING AND EDUCATION TO KIDS BETWEEN 10-19 YEARS OF AGE IN THE FORT WORTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THERE ARE 4-5 REGULARLY SCHEDULED COMPETITIVE SHOOTS EACH YEAR AT DIFFERENT SHOOTING CLUBS IN THE FORT WORTH AREA WHERE OVER 150 KIDS ARE SERVED AT EACH EVENT.
