SPONSORING, CONDUCTING AND SUPPORTING AMATEUR ATHLETIC WORKSHOPS, ACTIVITIES AND COMPETITIONS, SPONSORING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENT ACTIVITIES AND AMATEUR COMPETITIVE ATHLETICS AND PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS, STUDENT ATHLETES, AMATEUR COMPETITIVE ATHLETES, COACHES, ETC.

BROTHERS IN ARMS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED BY THREE LEGENDARY HOUSTON QUARTERBACKS WHO WERE ALL RAISED BY SINGLE MOTHERS THAT STRESSED THE IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION. THE BROTHERS IN ARMS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM OFFERS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENT ATHLETES WHO ARE ALSO BEING RAISED IN A SINGLE PARENT ENVIRONMENT.


THE SPORTS AUTHORITY FOUNDATION STARTED THE FREE KICK SOCCER PROGRAM AND THE GIRLS INTRO TO SOCCER PROGRAM TO IN AN EFFORT TO CONNECT MORE CHILDREN TO THE GAME OF SOCCER.


THE SPORTS AUTHORITY FOUNDATION ACCEPTED DONATIONS IN 2021 TO HELP SUPPORT THE 2021 WORLD TRANSPLANT GAMES HELD IN MAY 2021.


SUPPORT FOR 2021 NATIONAL BATTLE OF THE BANDS HOSTED BY THE HARRIS COUNTY-HOUSTON SPORTS AUTHORITY
