TO BE A LEADER IN PRODUCING AND DISTRIBUTING CHRISTIAN FAMILY-FRIENDLY MEDIA THAT (CONT'D ON SCH O) INSPIRES AND ENGAGES WORLDWIDE, AND SUPPORTING MEDIA, TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION PLATFORMS THAT SERVE THE SAME GOALS.

GOD'S NOT DEAD FOUNDATION (GNDF) CONTINUES TO SERVE INCREASING NUMBERS OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AS IT RELATES TO ITS RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE BOARD DECIDED TO DIVEST ITS INTEREST IN THE STREAMING VIDEO ON DEMAND (SVOD) OPERATION AT THE END OF 2020 AFTER BEING APPROACHED WITH A PURCHASE OFFER BY A MAJOR, WORLDWIDE COMPANY. THIS TRANSACTION WAS FINALIZED IN DECEMBER OF 2020 AND COMPLETED IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2021. THIS DIVESTITURE ALLOWED GNDF TO SUPPORT OTHER TELEVISION PROGRAMS, FILM PRODUCTION, STREAMING SERVICES AND MULTI-MEDIA SERVICES AS WELL AS TO BEGIN GRANT-MAKING DECISIONS RELATIVE TO ORGANIZATIONS GENERATING THIS TYPE OF MATERIAL FOR THE PURPOSES OF SPREADING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST. THE BOARD IS RE-ORIENTING ITS FUTURE ACTIVITIES IN CONTINUATION OF (CONT'D ON SCH O) ITS MISSION IN A VARIETY OF RELATED AREAS OF MISSION IMPACTING OPPORTUNITIES. DURING 2021 WE BEGAN NEW ACTIVITIES AROUND MEDIA INVESTMENTS AND MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY RELATED GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS ALIGNED WITH OUR MISSIONS. WE EXPECT TO DO MORE OF THIS IN 2022.ONE OF GNDF'S SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES IS TO "ADVANCE THE GOSPEL MESSAGE OF JESUS CHRIST THROUGH VARIOUS MEDIA". GNDF'S WILL REVISE ITS APPROACH TO ACCOMPLISH THIS BY EXPLORING PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER ALIGNED MINISTRIES.
