TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY PHYSICAL AND MANPOWER RESOURCES. TO OPERATE WITHIN RESPONSIBLE FISCAL GUIDELINES WITHOUT COMPROMISING PATIENT AND RESIDENT CARE IN PROVIDING PHYSICAL RESOURCES, MANPOWER AND SERVICES.
