ITS MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN PRIMARY JOBS, ALONG WITH FACILITATING THE EXPANSION AND DEVELOPMENT OF EXISTING BUSINESSES IN ORDER TO ACHEIVE SUSTAINABLE GROWTH AND IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC WELL-BEING OF THE CITY OF LARAMIE AND ALBANY COUNTY CITIZENS IN WYOMING.
