THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSES OF BUILDING AND PROMOTING A VIBRANT ENTREPRENEURIAL SECTOR IN GREATER CINCINNATI, OHIO AND BEYOND THAT SUSTAINS INNOVATIVE START-UPS AND EMERGING BUSINESSES; EDUCATING THE REGIONAL BUSINESS COMMUNITIES ON OPPORTUNITIES TO ASSIST SUCH COMPANIES (THIS IS NOW ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A SEPARATE, RELATED 501(C)(3) TAX-EXEMPT ENTITY, QCA EDUCATION FOUNDATION); TO FACILITATE INVESTING IN BUSINESSES; AND PROVIDING A FORUM FOR THE DISSEMINATION OF IDEAS, BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND OTHER INFORMATION AMONG REGIONAL EMERGING START-UP AND EMERGING COMPANIES.
