THE ORGANIZATION WILL PRIMARILY CONDUCT FUND RAISING IN THE US IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE MISSION IN MALAWI, AFRICA. IN MALAWI, THE ORGANIZATION WILL FOCUS ON THE PROVIDING TRAINING, GUIDANCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT FOR LOCAL INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN STARTING SMALL BUSINESSES WITH THE ABILITY TO GROW AND EMPLOYEE OTHERS. THE BROAD GOAL IS TO HELP SOLVE THE COUNTRY'S HUGE PROBLEM OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND REDUCE ITS DEPENDENCE ON FOREIGN AID BY ENCOURAGING ENTREPRENEURSHIP. MALAWI TALENT FUND WILL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR ECONOMIC BENEFIT FROM THE ACTIVITIES. IT WILL JUST BE THERE TO HELP OTHERS SUCCEED. MTF MAY PROVIDE MICRO-LOANS TO SMALL BUSINESS TO HELP THEM GET STARTED, BUT LOANS ARE EXPECTED TO BE REPAID WITH INTEREST UNDER WRITTEN TERMS.
