THE PROGRAM HAS THREE MAIN COMPONENTS GEARED TO LAUNCH PROFESSIONALS INTO THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE SECTOR:1) A PRACTITIONER-LED ORIENTATION WORKSHOP, 2) PERSONALIZED CAREER COUNSELING, AND3) JOB MATCHINGDURING 2015-2017, MORE THAN 100 PROFESSIONALS ATTENDED AN IBL WORKSHOP IN THE US, THE UK, THE NETHERLANDS, GHANA, KENYA, AND INDIA. A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF THESE PROFESSIONALS SUCCESSFULLY MOVED INTO ROLES IN SOCIAL ENTERPRISE (NOT ALL PARTICIPANTS SEEK JOBS).
