THE AMP LEADERSHIP ACADEMY IS A 9-MONTH COHORT PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR WOMEN OF COLOR WHO ASPIRE TO WORK TOWARD ACHIEVING THEIR LIFE PURPOSE AND INCREASING THEIR EFFECTIVENESS IN LEADERSHIP. ENGAGEMENT INCLUDES INTERACTIVE/EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AND SELF-REFLECTION. 12 INDIVIDUALS PATICIPATED IN THE PURPOSE OF WELLNESS FOR HER POW-HER- A SERIES OF WORKSHOPS DESIGNED FOR YOUNG WOMEN THAT EXPLORES THE SIX DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS THROUGH A LENS OF EQUITY AND INCLUSION. PARTICIPANTS ARE GUIDED THROUGH A WELLNESS SELF-ASSESSMENT WHICH IS FOLLOWED BY WORKSHOPS THAT PROVIDE PARTICIPANTS WITH INFORMATION AND SKILLS TO ENHANCE THEIR INDIVIDUAL LEVEL OF WELLNESS. 40 PARTICIPANTS IN THE MENTORING PROGRAM MATCH YOUNG WOMEN WITH PROFESSIONALS TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL AND IMPORTANT SKILLS TO ACHIEVE THEIR OCCUPATIONAL AND CAREER GOALS. 12 PARTICIPANTS
