BI-BETT'S GOAL IS TO CREATE CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE ALCOHOL AND DRUG-FREE ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH ONE MAY EXPERIENCE PERSONAL AND SOCIAL GROWTH.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG REHABILITATION PROGRAMS, ALSO KNOWN AS ALCOHOL AND DRUG ADDICTION TREATMENT PROGRAM, PROVIDES ALCOHOL AND DRUG INFORMATION, COUNSELING AND SUPPORT, RE-ENTRY PROGRAMS AND MUTUAL SELF-HELP. THESE INCLUDE RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT, OUTPATIENT AND SOBER LIVING HOUSES.


ALCOHOL COUNSELING AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS, ALSO KNOWN AS DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (DUI) PROGRAM, PROVIDES TO FIRST AND MULTIPLE DUI OFFENDERS.
