A COLLEGE HONOR SOCIETY THAT IS DEDICATED TO ENHANCING STUDENTS LEADERSHIP, ACHIEVEMENT, AND COMMUNITY SKILLS. STUDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO A POWERFUL, CUSTOMIZED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM, VIBRANT MENTOR AND PEER COMMUNITY, AND COMPETENCY-BASED CERTIFICATION.

THE ORGANIZATION HAS DEVELOPED A HONOR SOCIETY WITH 135+ CHAPTERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY, IS FOUNDED ON THE PREMISE THAT STUDENTS LEARN THEIR STRENGTHS AND DEVELOP THEIR PASSIONS THROUGH EXPERIENCE AND MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH PEERS AND MENTORS, WHO OFFER THEIR VALUABLE EXPERIENCES AND INSIGHTS.MEMBERS ARE GUIDED BY MENTORS WHO SHARE THEIR PASSION FOR SUCCESS. THE ORGANIZATION BELIEVES THAT IT IS CRUCIAL TO DEVELOP THE LEADERS OF TOMORROW THROUGH THE GUIDANCE OF TODAYS LEADERS.MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS TO A POWERFUL, CUSTOMIZED, SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM VIA THE INTERNET. THIS PLATFORM PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH THE FOLLOWING TOOLS: 1. WORK PLACE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT; 2. SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOLS WITH INDIVIDUALIZED DEVELOPMENT PLANS; 3. TIMELY EXPERT ADVICE; 4. ACCESS TO TOP-TEIR INTERNSHIPS AND CAREER EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITIES; AND 5.
