LOANS WERE MADE TO ONE DEVELOPER, BEGINNING IN 2016, TO HELP FINANCE THE ISLIP IX DEVELOPMENT. THIS DEVELOPMENT IS CURRENTLY OWNED BY AND HELD IN NAME OF THE NASSAU SUFFOLK PARTNERSHIP HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUND COMPANY, INC., AN AFFILIATE ENTITY.
A LOAN WAS MADE TO A LOCAL COMMUNITY LAND TRUST IN 2017 TO FUND AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT IN NASSAU COUNTY. IN 2021, CONSTRUCTION ON THIS UNIT WAS COMPLETED, THE HOME WAS SOLD TO A QUALIFIED BUYER, AND THE LOAN WAS PAID IN FULL.
