HOPE CONTINUES TO FOCUS ON PRESERVATION ACTIVITY THAT BOTH UPGRADE THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF ITS BUILDINGS AND FINANCING SO THAT THE BUILDING REMAINS AFFORDABLE TO RESIDENTS.
