AND COMMUNITY-CONSCIOUS ENTERPRISES THAT ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN FINANCING FROM CONVENTIONAL SOURCES AS A WAY TO RELIEVE POVERTY, CREATE JOBS, IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF COMMUNITIES AND INDIVIDUAL THEREIN, AND TO IMPROVE THE ENVIRONMENT.
