THE FACILITY IS LOCATED IN COLUMBIA, MISSOURI. THE PROJECT IS OPERATED UNDER A REGULATORY AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HOUSING DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION IN A MANNER SIMILAR TO THE HUD REGULATIONS. FUNDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITY WAS PROVIDED BY A MORTGAGE WITH MHDC.
