BAY SCHOLARS PROVIDES A 4-YEAR SCHOLARSHIP WHICH MAKES COLLEGE-PREP HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION A REALITY FOR ITS SCHOLARS. EACH OF THE BAY SCHOLARS RECEIVES A $1,500,$2,500 OR $3,500 A YEAR IN TUITION ASSISTANCE.
