TO OFFER LOCALIZED IN-CONTEXT TRAINING THAT HELPS EVERYDAY MEN AND WOMENLIVE AS MISSIONARIES IN THE PLACES THEYRE ALREADY DOING LIFE THROUGH A 6MONTH RESIDENCY IN WHICH RESIDENTS ARE MATCHED UP WITH MENTORS THAT THEYMEET WITH REGULARLY TEACHING RESIDENTS HOW TO BREAK OLD PARADIGMS IN ORDERTO SHAPE NEW WAYS TO SEE GOD, OUR NEIGHBORS, AND OURSELVES.
