OPERATED TO FOSTER NATIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS COMPETITION AND FOCUS ON GIRLS PLAYING LACROSSE.

THE CLUB RAISES FUNDS FROM ITS MEMBERS (THROUGH MEMBERSHIP DUES, TOURNAMENT AND CLINIC FEES) THAT ARE USED TO FOSTER NATIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS COMPETITION IN THE SPORT OF GIRLS' LACROSSE BY USING A TWO-FOLD APPROACH: 1) MN ELITE TRAVELING TEAMS - THE CLUB IS BUILT ON THE HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL EAST COAST LACROSSE CLUB MODEL WHICH COMBINES TARGETED SKILL-BUILDING TRAINING SESSIONS WITH COMPETITION AGAINST OTHER ELITE TEAMS ACROSS THE COUNTRY THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN HIGH-PROFILE NCAA RECRUITING TOURNAMENTS. OUR TEAM PROGRAM AND THE TOURNAMENTS SELECTED ARE FOCUED ON EXPOSING MN ELITE GIRLS LACROSSE PLAYERS TO COACHES IN DIVISION I, II & III PROGRAMS.THE MN ELITE GIRLS LACROSSE TEAMS ATTENDED FIVE IWLCA RECRUITING TOURNAMENTS IN FISCAL YEAR 2021. TEAMS ALSO COMPETED IN TEN REGIONAL AND NATIONAL GIRLS' LACROSSE TOURNAMENTS. THE YOUNGER TEAMS COMPETED IN THREE LOCAL TOURNAMENTS. OVERALL, THE CLUB IS HELPING MORE THAN 200 GIRLS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP THEIR LACROSSE SKILLS AND A NUMBER OF GIRLS HAVE BEEN RECRUITED TO PLAY COLLEGIATE LACROSSE.


MN ELITE CLUB CLINICS - THE CLUB SEEKS TO PROVIDE CLINICS OPEN TO ALL GIRLS REGARDLESS OF THEIR PARTICIPATION ON A MN ELITE TRAVELING TEAM. THE CLINICS ARE DESIGNED FOR GIRLS OF ALL LEVELS TO LEARN THE GAME OR IMPROVE THEIR SKILLS. SOME CLINICS, HOWEVER, WILL HAVE AN EXPANDED SCOPE TO PROVIDE VALUABLE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR AREA COACHES AND OFFICIALS AS WELL AS PLAYERS. MANY CLINICS ARE TAUGHT BY TOP COACHES FROM THE NATIONAL COLLEGIATE LEVEL, IN CONJUNCTION WITH MN ELITE GIRLS LACROSSE CLUB COACHES.
