CYBERHIVE IS A CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOUNDED TO PROMOTE AND FOSTER TECHNOLOGICAL EDUATION, VETERAN TRANSITION AND TRAINING, AND ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY BY PROVIDING MENTORING, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND GUIDANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS INVOLVED WITH EXISTING OR INTENDING TO FORM EARLY STAGE CYBER-SECURITY AND TECHNOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS. CYBERHIVE'S ACTIVITIES WILL PROVIDE THESE INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS WITH THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING THEY NEED TO OPEN A GATEWAY TO INCREASE ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES AND DECREASE UNEMPLOYMENT IN SAN DIEGO. SPECIFICALLY, THE EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY CYBERHIVE WILL PROMOTE AND SUPPORT ENTREPRENEURISM, REDUCE UNEMPLOYMENT AND UNDEREMPLOYMENT, IMPROVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE.

FORM 99O, PART III, LINE 4A, PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS:CYBERHIVE SAN DIEGO HAS ENGAGED AND WILL ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE, INFORM AND CROSS POLLINATE WITH REGIONAL BUSINESS CLUSTERS, SUCH AS BIOINFORMATICS AND GENOMICS, ADVANCED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND BIG DATA ANALYTICS, CLOUD SERVICE PROVIDERS, DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL BASE AND CYBER COMMAND (HOMELAND SECURITY), AND WIRELESS HEALTHCARE AND LIFE SCIENCE TECHNOLOGIES. TO SHARE UBIQUITOUS CYBERSECURITY BEST PRACTICES, TO DISCUSS AND DOCUMENT SPECIFIC INDUSTRY AND GOVERNMENT NEEDS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED IN ANOTHER CLUSTER AND CAN BE LEVERAGED FOR THE BENEFIT AND WELFARE OF SOCIETY. THE STUDIES AND INFORMATION PRODUCED AND COLLECTED BY THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE BROADLY DISSEMENATED AND USED FOR EDUCATING AND TRAINING INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO SERVE THE BEST INTERESTS OF GOVERNMENT PRIVATE SECTOR AND INDIVIDUALS MAY BE BETTER PROTECTED FROM CYBERCRIME.
