WCPOC SHALL ENGAGE IN SOCIAL WELFARE ACTIVITIES BY EDUCATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON THREATS TO STATE AND FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONS. WCPOC SHALL PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND HOST EDUCATIONAL FORUMS ON THESE ISSUES THAT ARE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

CONDUCT RESEARCH ON LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL POLICIES, LEGISLATION, AND BALLOT MEASURES THAT CONFLICT WITH OR DIMINISH STATE AND FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. RESEARCH INCLUDES RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS ON ISSUES DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION. EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL POLICIES, LEGISLATION, AND BALLOT MEASURES THAT CONFLICT WITH OR DIMINISH STATE AND FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
