IN 2021, THE EXODUS ROAD COMBATTED HUMAN TRAFFICKING BY PARTNERING WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT TO FIGHT HUMAN TRAFFICKING CRIME, EQUIPPING COMMUNITIES THROUGH TRAINING AND EDUCATION TO PROTECT THE VULNERABLE, AND EMPOWERING SURVIVORS AS THEY WALK INTO FREEDOM THROUGH AFTER-CARE PROGRAMMING. IN 2021, TER WORKED WITH POLICE TO HELP REMOVE 138 INDIVIDUALS FROM TRAFFICKING SITUATIONS AND HELP ARREST 125 OFFENDERS. TER ALSO DEVELOPED A TRAINING CURRICULUM FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT IN BRAZIL AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE US, AS WELL AS LAUNCHED AN AFTER-CARE SAFE HOUSE AND MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR SURVIVORS IN THAILAND.
