THE BLACK HILLS PLAYHOUSE IS A PROFESSIONAL THREATRE COMPANY BASED IN THE UNIQUE ENVIRONMENT OF THE BLACK HILLS IN SOUTH DAKOTA. IT ENHANCES AND INSPIRES LIVES THROUGH PROFESSIONAL THREATRE PRODUCTIONS AND LEARNING EXPERIENCES. THE ORGANIZATION ACCOMPLISHES THIS THROUGH SUMMER STOCK THREATRE IN CUSTER STATE PARK, SD, AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS IN RAPID CITY, SD, PERFORMING ARTS CAMPS AND A TOURING OUTREACH COMPANY - DAKOTA PLAYERS. DAKOTA PLAYERS TAKES K-12 ARTS EDUCATION PROGRAMS INTO COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE MIDWEST.
