TO ESTABLISH A TRADE ORGANIZATION TO DEAL WITH COMMERCIAL USEAGES, CUSTOMS AND LAWS WHICH AFFECT THE SALE OF LIQUOR AT THE RETAIL LEVEL IN SOUTH DAKOTA. WE SERVE APPROXIMATELY 114 MEMBERS AND PROVIDE FOR 6 ONLINE PUBLICATIONS FOR THE YEAR WITH A READERSHIP OF APPROXIMATELY 3,000.
