COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: EXPENSES RELATED TO FACILITY AND GRANTS TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY SPACE AVAILABLE FOR COLLABORATION AND PLANNING. SPACE IS AVAILABLE TO ALL LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS DURING BUSINESS HOURS FOR MEETINGS OF THE NON-PROFITS AND THEIR CONSTITUENCIES.
