THE ALLEO HEALTH FOUNDATION DEVELOPED COMMUNITY DONATIONS, GRANTS AND RESOURCES THAT SUPPORTED THE CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES OF JOURNEY HEALTH FOUNDATION, A TENNESSEE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, PRIOR TO THE SALE OF JOURNEY HEALTH FOUNDATION'S HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS ON 9/10/21. THIS INCLUDED SUPPORT FOR INDIGENT PATIENTS, REGIONALLY UNIQUE PEDIATRIC AND PERINATAL HOSPICE PROGRAMS AND PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES, AND BEREAVEMENT COUNSELING PROGRAMS OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE AT NO CHARGE.
