MISSION CREATE HELPS, THROUGH ITS AFFILIATES, EDUCATION LEADERS, COMMUNITY LEADERS, WORSHIP LEADERS, PARENTS, AND YOUTH SPORTS TEAM COACHES AT CONFERENCES, RETREATS, SPECIAL EVENTS, SMALL GROUP SESSIONS, AND ONE ON ONE, ACROSS A NUMBER OF ISSUE AREAS FOR INCREASED LEADERSHIP IMPACT IN FAMILIES, SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, AND COMMUNITIES. OUR GOAL IS TO ENCOURAGE, SUPPORT, AD EMPOWER EVERY AFFILIATE TO REACH ITS FULL POTENTIAL AND MAKE THE MOST IMPACT ON ITS TARGET POPULATION. UNFORTUNATELY, GIVEN THE COVID-19 HEALTH EMERGENCY, AFFILIATES COULD NOT HOLD THE USUAL NUMBER OF FUNDRAISING EVENTS, PHYSICAL MEETINGS WITH THE PROGRAM RECIPIENTS, VOLUNTEERS, ETC. IN ALL, THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC HARMED THE FINANCIAL AND PROGRAM PERFORMANCE OF MISSION CREATE AND ITS AFFILIATES.
