PUBLIC LAND SOLUTIONS THROUGH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND PUBLIC INTEREST POLICY WORK,PROMOTES SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BY IDENTIFYING AND ENHANCING OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION ON PUBLIC LANDS. IN 2023 PLS PROVIDED RECREATION REVIEWS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR COMMUNITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS. THIS WORK INCLUDES FACILITATING STAKEHOLDER DISCUSSIONS AND RESEARCHING NEARBY PUBLIC LANDS TO FURTHER THE GOALS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT, BUSINESSES, AND CITIZENS REGARDING VISITOR MANAGEMENT AND ATTRACTING BUSINESS INVESTMENT. IN ADDITION, PLS SUPPORTED A VARIETY OF POLICIES AND LEGISLATION THAT FURTHER SUPPORT COMMUNITY INVESTMENTS IN HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE VIA OUTDOOR ACCESS.
