PROVIDED GRANTS, STRATEGIC ADVISING AND RESEARCH SUPPORT TO STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY JUSTICE ORGANIZATIONS IN SOUTH ASIA. AS A RESULT, WOMEN PARALEGALS HAVE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO ADVOCATE FOR BETTER MATERNAL HEALTH, INFANT HEALTH, NUTRITION, AND LABOR CONDITIONS FOR THEIR COMMUNITIES. THROUGH LEGAL TRAININGS AND COMMUNITY MONITORING PROGRAMS FACILITATED BY PARTNERS MORE THAN 200 COMMUNITY PARALEGALS HAVE BEEN TRAINED ON SKILLS AND RIGHT AWARENESS. AS A RESULT, CONDITIONS HAVE IMPROVED INCLUDING BETTER ACCESS TO HEALTH, SANITATION, AND NUTRITIONAL SERVICES.THE PROJECT IS ALSO ENGAGED IN BUILDING REGIONAL KNOWLEDGE ON MATERNAL AND LABOR RIGHTS ACROSS SOUTH ASIA.
