PROGRESSNOW NEW MEXICO IS A NON-PROFIT, NON-PARTISAN, GRASSROOTS COMMUNICATIONS AND ADVOCACY ORGANIZATION WORKING TO UNITE, EMPOWER, AND ENHANCE THE PROGRESSIVE VOICE IN THE LAND OF ENCHANTMENT.

THE ORGANIZATION LEVERAGED ITS DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS EXPERTISE TO ENHANCE THE PUBLIC DISCUSSION OF ISSUES AROUND THE ENERGY SECTOR IN NEW MEXICO, CREATING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AROUND THE ENERGY TRANSITION ACT AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHANE RULE. ADDITIONALLY, WE LAUNCHED A SUCCESSFUL ENVIRONMENTAL CAMPAIGN FOCUSED ON HOW MUCH OIL AND GAS SPEND ON STATE POLITICS. WE WERE FURTHER ABLE TO COMPLETE SPECIFIC MESSAGE TESTING ON WATER ACCESS IN NEW MEXICO AND PRESENTED THOSE FINDINGS BOTH IN STATE AND OUT OF STATE. LASTLY, WE RAN SUCCESSFUL GOTV CAMPAIGNS LEADING INTO THE GENERAL ELECTION IN 2021.
