IT SEEKS TO HELP THE PUBLIC UNDERSTAND TRADITIONAL CHINESE ARTS AND CULTURE, TO PROVIDE THE PUBLIC WITH VALUABLE CULTURAL KNOWLEDGE TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE, AND TO PROMOTE CROSS-CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE EAST AND WEST.
