UPHIE - MAINTAINED A HEALTH INFORMATION EXCHANGE NETWORK PROVIDING HIPAA-COMPLIANT CONNECTIONS AND SERVICES TO HEALTHCARE ENTITIES.
QI3 - UTILITIZED THE AGENCY FOR HEALTHCARE RESEARCH AND QUALITY'S "INTEGRATING BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND PRIMARY CARE PLAYBOOK" IN THREE RURAL PRIMARY CARE SETTINGS, TO HELP ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM OF MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER SHORTAGES.
