WE PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES, DENTAL, PHARMACY, SOCIAL SERVICES, HEALTH EDUCATION, ELDERS FOOD PROGRAM, NUTRITION EDUCATION, FAMILY PLANNING, DIABETES PROGRAM, LABORATORY SERVICES, A FITNESS CENTER, CULTURAL PROGRAMMING, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT ADVOCACY, AND CASE MANAGEMENT FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND MEDICAL NEEDS.
