LIFE SKILLS TRAINING CENTER, INC. WILL ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES TO ACHIEVE THEIR HIGHEST DESIRED LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE AND INCLUSION WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITIES.

SERVICE OBJECTIVES ARE INDIVIDUALLY DESIGNED BUT RANGE FROM ASSESSING AN INDIVIDUAL'S SKILLS AND NEEDS AND ASSISTING THEM WITH JOB SEEKING AND PLACEMENT TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND JOB COACHING IN THEIR CURRENT WORK SETTINGS. ALL CONSUMER'S PRODUCTIVITIES ARE MEASURED AT A MINIMUM OF EVERY 6 MONTHS TO MONITOR PROGRESS AND ADJUST TRAINING NEEDS ACCORDINGLY. THE FACILITY ANNUALLY REVIEWS OVERALL TRAINING OBJECTIVES AND OUTCOMES IN EACH SERVICE AREA VIA ITS OUTCOMES MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS REPORT AND PROVIDES THIS INFORMATION TO THE GOVERNING BODY, FUNDING SOURCES, CONSUMERS, AND THEIR PARENTS/GUARDIANS, AND TO THE PUBLIC.
SERVICE OBJECTIVES ARE TO PROVIDE LAUNDRY AND OTHER CLEANING SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY THE INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS THAT ARE TRAINED BY THE LIFE SKILLS TRAINING CENTER STAFF. THE PURPOSE OF THE LAUNDRY AND CLEANING SERVICES ARE TO ALLOW THE CLIENTS TO HAVE JOB EXPERIENCE.
