TO ORGANIZE AND ASSIST IN THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITY AND REGIONAL LEAGUES, PROGRAMS, AND TEAMS. TO ORGANIZE AND SANCTION PARTICIPATION IN TOURNMENTS. TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO MORE THAN 1,000 TEAMS.
