ENCOURAGES PARTICIPATION OF COUNTY TALENTS AND SKILLS AT THE FAIR. THE FAIR ALSO PROVIDES AREAS TO EXHIBIT LOCAL AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AND ARTS AND CRAFTS. THEY PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS 4-H AND LOCAL CHURCH GROUPS.
