THE ASSOCIATION IS TO ENGAGE IN ADVANCE, SUPPORT, PROMOTE, AND ADMINISTER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES, CAUSES AND PROJECTS; AND TO AID, ASSIST, AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUPPORT OF CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS, TRUSTS, FOUNDATIONS, AND INSTITUTIONS THAT ARE ORGANIZED FOR THAT PURPOSE.

SCHOLARSHIP AND SUPPORT - PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND SUPPORT TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA, ST. THOMAS UNIVERSITY AND LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL ROTC DETACHMENTS. GRANT 10 TO 15 SCHOLARSHIPS EACH YEAR.
MINNESOTA AVIATION DEPARTMENT - PROVIDE SUPPORT TO MINNESOTA AVIATION DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO UNDER PRIVELEDGED HIGH SCHOOL CHILDREN FOR A WEEK OF EDUCATIONAL TRAINING TO LEARN HOW TO FLY THROUGH THE UTILIZATION OF FLIGHT SIMULATORS. SPONSOR 15 YOUTHS PER YEAR.
