THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A MEETING PLACE FOR UNION MEMBERS IN THE AREA AS WELL AS PROVIDING OFFICES FOR EACH UNION DEPARTMENT. CURRENTLY 2 LOCAL UNIONS HAVE OFFICE SPACE IN THE FACILITY AND ONE HOLDS REGULAR MEETINGS IN THE BUILDING. THERE IS ONE LOCAL UNION THAT USES THE FACILITY FOR BI-ANNUAL TRAINING SESSIONS. THE FACILITY IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR OTHER UNION RELATED EVENTS AND HAS BEEN UTILIZED FOR CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS.
UNDER CHARITABLE GAMING LICENSE FORM THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS LAWFUL GAMBLING AT THREE LOCATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HOSTS AN ANNUAL BINGO SESSION AT THE CENTRAL LOCATION. IN ACCORD WITH STATE REGULATIONS, THE ORGANIZATION MADE MULTIPLE DONATIONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
