AURI PROVIDES FUNDS, FACILITIES AND RESEARCH FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF BENEFITING THE MINNESOTA ECONOMY. IN ADDITION, AURI PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT IN SUPPORT OF NEW USES, ENERGY ALTERNATIVES, AND VALUE-ADDED PROCESSING ACROSS MINNESOTA AND THE REGION.
