IN CONCERTCARE, INC., PROVIDES DATA CENTER AND NETWORK MANAGEMENT, TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR HOSTED CLINICAL APPLICATIONS (PRACTICE MANAGEMENT AND ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD, ELECTRONIC DENTAL RECORD, AND PATIENT REGISTRY/POPULATION HEALTH MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS) TO SEVEN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS IN IOWA AND NEBRASKA, ALLOWING THEM TO PROCURE AND MAINTAIN COST EFFECTIVE HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS.
