ALL REVENUES AND EXPENSES ARE RELATED TO THE PURPOSE OF RAISING MONEY FOR HOSPICE ALLIANCE, INC. THE FOUNDATION WILL BE ABLE TO GRANT MONEY TO HOSPICE ALLIANCE, INC. AS NEEDED DUE TO CHANGES IN ITS BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT.
