TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF DETROIT'S AFRICAN-AMERICAN COMMUNITY BY ADDRESSING THE CURRENT HEALTH ISSUES AND DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE WAYS OF PROMOTING AND IMPLEMENTING POSITIVE HEALTH STRATEGIES. SERVICES INCLUDE HIV TESTING, CASE MANAGEMENT, MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES TARGETING HIGH-RISK INDIVIDUALS.
