LEADERSHIP MANITOWOC COUNTY PROVIDES EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEADERS AND OUR FUTURE LEADERS TO STRENGTHEN THEIR COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP SKILLS, INCREASE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS AND OFFERINGS, AND TO EMPOWER AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO ASSUME LEADERSHIP ROLES WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES. LEADERSHIP MANITOWOC COUNTY CLASS IS COMPRISED OF LEADERS THROUGHOUT MANITOWOC COUNTY FROM VARIOUS BUSINESSES SUCH AS HEALTHCARE, FINANCE, SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS, SCHOOLS, AND LOCAL BUSINESSES.PARTICIPANTS ATTEND ONE SESSION A MONTH COVERING A DIFFERENT THEME EACH MONTH. PARTICIPANTS ATTEND ONE SESSION A MONTH COVERING A DIFFERENT THEME EACH MONTH. THE CHAMBER OF MANITOWOC COUNTY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-GREEN BAY, MANITOWOC CAMPUS, LAKELAND UNIVERSITY AND LAKESHORE TECHNICAL COLLEGE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER ADVANCED LEADERSHIP: EDUCATION, EMPOWER, ELEVATE. THIS EXCITING NEW PROGRAM HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FOR THE MID TO SENIOR-LEVEL MANAGERS, NONPROFIT ADMINISTRATORS, AND ENTREPRENEURS SEEKING ADVANCED LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO MOVE THEIR CAREERS AND ORGANIZATIONS FORWARD. EACH SESSION WIL BE TAUGHT BY INSTRUCTORS FROM THE PARTNER COLLEGES.
