WEATHERIZATION - IDENTIFIES ENERGY WASTES AND PROVIDES COST EFFECTIVE ENERGY SAVING MEASURES AND EDUCATION TO LOW INCOME RESIDENTIAL HOUSEHOLDS IN WAUKESHA, JEFFERSON AND MILWAUKEE COUNTIES.


FAMILY AND CHILDREN- ALLOWS FAMILIES WITH MINOR CHILDREN TO BECOME SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY INDEPENDENT THROUGH COORDINATION OF EDUCATIONAL, ECONOMIC AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. ALSO PROVIDES BILINGUAL CHILD CARE AND EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR YOUTH.
