PROVIDES MOTIVATION AND DEVELOP QUALITY EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES FOR SOCIOECONOMIC DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE. THE ORGANIZATION'S CORE SERVICES INCLUDE INTAKE AND ASSESSMENT, CAREER COUNSELING AND BARRIER IDENTIFICATION, EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT PLANS, ORIENTATION TO THE WORLD OF WORK, BASIC LIFE SKILLS AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION, JOB DEVELOPMENT AND PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE, POST PLACEMENT MONITORING AND ASSESSMENT, AND OTHER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMS.
