LAKESIDE FOR CHILDREN FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO SOLICIT AND MANAGE FUNDS FOR THE OPERATIONS OF LAKESIDE FOR CHILDREN. THE FOUNDATION WILL RAISE, MANAGE, AND INVEST FUNDS PURSUANT TO THE APPROVED INVESTMENT POLICY OF THE FOUNDATION AND GRANT SUCH FUNDS TO THE LAKESIDE FOR CHILDREN ORGANIZATION AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE APPROVAL OF THE FOUNDATION BOARD OF TRUSTEES, UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF THE SPENDING POLICY. FUNDS HELD IN THE FOUNDATION ARE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING THE MISSION AND PROGRAMS OF THE LAKESIDE FOR CHILDREN CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION.
