WALKER NON-PROFIT HOUSING CORPORATION, IS A MARYLAND NON-PROFIT HOUSING CORPORATION ORGANIZED ON A NON-STOCK BASIS BY COOPERATIVE SERVICES, INC., A MICHIGAN NON-PROFIT COOPERATIVE. THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED JUNE 19, 1998 TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN BALTIMORE, MARYLAND AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THEREON AN APARTMENT PROJECT OF 88 UNITS. THE HOUSING IS PROVIDED TO LOW INCOME SENIORS IN COOPERATION WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
